1. What are your shop hours?

We are not a traditional "walk-in" flower shop and conduct most business online or over the phone. To provide personalized and attentive service, we require appointments for sympathy or event consultations. Please contact us to schedule a consultation.

2. What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On Sundays, we exclusively deliver to funeral homes.

 

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. For special occasions and last-minute surprises, our reliable delivery service ensures your flowers arrive fresh and on time.

Seasonal flowers vary throughout the year. Here’s a quick guide:

  • Spring: Tulips, daffodils, peonies, hyacinths.

  • Summer: Roses, sunflowers, lilies, dahlias.

  • Fall: Chrysanthemums, asters, marigolds, zinnias.

  • Winter: Poinsettias, amaryllis, holly, paperwhites.

You can place an order through our website or by phone. Our friendly staff is always here to help you select the perfect arrangement for any occasion.

9. What is your return and refund policy?

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy accordingly. We do not provide refunds, but we will replace them with a fresh arrangement or plant. Upon redelivery we'll take the arrangement that didn't satisfy you off your hands so please do not send them to the trash. 

 

10. Do you offer floral subscriptions?

Yes, we offer floral subscription services! Enjoy fresh flowers delivered to your home or office for 3, 6 or 12 months. It’s a wonderful way to keep your space vibrant and beautiful all year round. Click here to browse our subscription plans.

 

11. Can I add a gift with my flower order?

12. How far in advance should I order for special occasions?

For major holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend placing your order at least one to two weeks in advance. 

 

13. Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
