The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of our arrangements. Our designers may make thoughtful substitutions of flowers, containers, or colors based on seasonal availability. Any changes will maintain the intended tone and aesthetic of the design. We hand-select the finest stems available each day to ensure exceptional quality and artistry. All substitutions will reflect equal or greater value.

 

payment policy

bloombudz does not extend house accounts under any circumstances. All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in suspension of services, and no future orders will be accepted until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Prompt payment allows us to continue providing fresh, elevated floral designs and reliable service.

 

return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your flowers, please contact us at info@bloombudz.com within 24 hours of purchase. Include a photo so we can fully understand the concern and resolve it appropriately. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly replace the item with a fresh arrangement or plant. Upon redelivery, we will collect the original arrangement—please do not discard it.

 

delivery policy

At bloombudz, we’re committed to delivering your flowers fresh, on time, and with care. Weekday deliveries run twice daily: a morning route at 10:30 am with a 10:00 am cutoff, and an afternoon route at 2:30 pm with a 2:00 pm cutoff. Saturday deliveries run once at 10:30 am with a 10:00 am cutoff. While these schedules help maintain dependable service, exceptions may be made for time-sensitive needs such as funerals, weddings, or other special occasions. We do not leave flowers at the door unless authorized, and arrangements will not be left outside in extreme temperatures. If you require a specific delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

sender/card policy

For all floral designs, the sender’s name will appear on the enclosure card so your recipient knows who their gift is from. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will honor your request.

 

working hours

Orders may be placed through our website at any time. Our florists design and prepare arrangements Monday–Friday from 8:00 am–5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am–12:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
To ensure same-day delivery, please place orders before 2:00 pm CST on Weekdays and 10:00 am on Saturday. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders at least two days prior to major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

 

care

The average lifespan of a cut floral arrangement is 3–7 days. Refresh the water daily and keep your flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, ceiling fans, and warm appliances.
Orchids require approximately one cup of water per week and should be placed in bright, indirect light for longest life.
Please remember that all flowers and plants are living things; it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the provided care instructions to extend their longevity.
